Edit a Principal Payment Schedule

Fairways Debt enables you to edit the payment schedule of a transaction, while verifying the sum of paid principals properly matches the principal borrowed.

 

Log In to Fairways Debt
  1. Log in to Fairways Debt.
  2. Load the relevant customer account.

 

Open the Principal Payment Schedule of a Transaction...
... Via the Payment Schedules List
  1. Click Update.
  2. Click Transactions > Payment Schedules.

  1. Click the principal payment schedule Optim_Calendar.png to edit.

  1. Open a transaction profile.
  2. Click Payment Schedule Optim_Calendar.png.

  1. Click Actions > Edit Amortization Schedule.

Edit the Principal Payment Schedule

Note: The end date of the period is the payment date.

  1. Edit a principal.

The outstanding balance at the end of the period alerts you about the difference.

  1. Edit another or multiple principals to correct this difference.
  2. Click Save to update the schedule.
