  1. Log in to Fairways Debt.
  2. Load the relevant customer account.

 

Navigate to Amortizable Loans
  1. Click Financial Markets.
  2. Click Yield Curve.

The Amortizable Loans page displays. For example, on 19 January 2019, the market fixed rate of a 15-year loan is 0,89%, with a progressive and annual amortization on an act/act basis.

Note: These rates exclude margins.
