Charge a Budget

Fairways Debt enables you to create budget allocations. To edit debt statements, all the loans must be charged to a budget class. If a loan is not fully allocated, you cannot generate debt appendices.

 

Prerequisites
  1. Create a budget allocation
  2. Create a budget in the budget allocation
  3. Create a class in the budget of the budget allocation

 

Log In to Fairways Debt
  1. Log in to Fairways Debt.
  2. Load the relevant customer account.

 

Charge a Budget
  1. Click Update.
  2. Navigate to Characteristics > Budget.

  1. Click Update Optim_Update.png beside the relevant budget class.

  1. Add a charge rate to the loan(s) to assign to the budget.
  2. Click Validation.

In our example, we are assigning a 100% rate to the principal and paid interest.

The budget is charged with the selected loans.
