Create a Budget Allocation

When creating a customer account in Fairways Debt, a default budget allocation is available by default. Default budgets and classes represent the chapters included in the appendices of the relevant maquette. Fairways Debt enables you to create other budget allocations.

 

Log In to Fairways Debt
  1. Log in to Fairways Debt.
  2. Load the relevant customer account.

 

Create a Budget Allocation
  1. Click Update.
  2. Navigate to Characteristics > Budget.

  1. Click Create Allocation.

  1. Complete the form with all relevant details.

Field

Description

Technical Allocation

Allocation type.

Custom Allocation

Allocation name.

Detailed Charges

Enable/Disable to impact the budget principal.

Notes:

  • For local communities without swaps, select No.
  • For public health centers, select Yes to impact the principal of the main budget H and the interest on the related budgets.
  1. Click Validate.
