The Revolving Debt

Fairways Debt offers an overview of your revolving debt:

  • Your debt structure (swaps excluded) with a breakdown of non-revolving loans and revolving loans (consolidated, short term, and available)
  • Your revolving lines

 

  1. Log in to Fairways Debt, and load the customer account, if relevant.
  2. Navigate to Portfolio > Your Debt.

  1. Click Revolving Debt.

Note: The tab only displays if your portfolio includes at least a revolving transaction.

A

Click a criterion to filter the graph data:

  1. The criterion is colored: The graph includes the criterion.
  2. The criterion is grayed out: The graph excludes the criterion.

Hover over a data to display its details.

Select the data to display.

Order data:

  1. Click a header and hold.
  2. Drag and drop the header in the relevant order.

In this example, we order End Date before Reference.

Resize the column width:

  1. Move the cursor on the right border of the column to resize.
  2. Pull to the left/right to reduce/enlarge the column.

In this example, we reduce the Type and Reference columns and enlarge the Rate column.

Click a header to sort the transactions following a specific criterion.

To sort using multiple criteria:

  1. Click the first criteria.
  2. Push and hold this key on your keyboard:
    • ctrl for Windows
    • cmd for Mac
  3. Click the second criteria while keeping holding the key from the previous step till you have configured all the criteria.

In this example, the data is sorted by the next payment date in the ascending order, then by the amount in the descending order.

Update credit facilities.

Open the transaction details.

Note: Clicking the type and the reference also enables you to open the transaction profiles.

Search for a transaction within the list.

Search for a transaction within the whole portfolio.

Download the graphs.

Download the table to Excel.
