Your Debt

Important debt data, at the viewing date:

  • Average Rate: Equal, at the computing date, to the average of rates from different debt rows, rates weighted by balances. Displayed rates come from the ones of the current interest periods. The average rate is a rate annually paid in the Act/Act basis. Fairways Debt adequately converts the day count convention and the interest payment frequency to ensure the rates are homogeneous. The average rate takes into account forward rates for indexations in arrears.
  • Remaining Term: Average of the remaining lifetimes of each loan, weighted by the remaining principal.
  • Average Term to Maturity: Average speed for repaying the loan in years. Required duration to repay half of the remaining outstanding balance of a debt, taking into account its amortization.
  • Euribor Spread - 3 Months: Average spread for a 15-year loan with a quarterly linear amortization.

Note: You can edit the market date in the header to display data on that date.
